A project manager to organize and manage a membership system for the Arts Council.
A coordinated development plan for the Arts Council is urgent. This would include such projects as fundraising, facility locations, sponsors, the future. Join projects already beginning or underway.
Artist educators who have interest in teaching classes at all different age and experience levels. Any time of the year. Structured for artists to be paid. Education is already under the management of a director to assist on further planning.
Project manager for the annual Chautauqua the first weekend in Aug. Palmer Lake was the site for the first Chautauqua program in Colorado, and an important part of our history from the late 1800s to the early 1900s. This project recreates the Chautauqua to include the local history with Chautauqua, and a program of arts, culture, and the outdoors annually in Palmer Lake.
Project Manager for a Music Series more focused on classical or jazz music such as string ensembles in the park, or by the lake, or at the Town Hall for example. Organize, locate and schedule artists, venues; and promotions.
Project leader to develop a lecture series with THE ARTS as the background theme. Locate presenters, schedule the series annually, promote and fill the seats of each lecture.
Volunteer at events to take tickets, snack counter, usher, help setup/closeup, traffic and be a docent. Provide food/drink at smaller, intimate events at times.
